Instructional-Track Faculty Position(s) in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
The Department of Management & Entrepreneurship within the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa invites applications for multiple non-tenure Instructional Track Faculty Positions in organizational behavior and human resource management at the level of Lecturer, Associate Professor of Practice or Instruction, or Full Professor of Practice or Instruction, starting August 18, 2021. Specific courses that might be taught include introduction to management, project management, leadership, team effectiveness, staffing, strategy, negotiation, conflict resolution, and business law. Rank will be based on experience and record of achievement. Position(s) may range from 50% time (teaching 4 classes/year) to 100% time (teaching 8 classes/year) and include a 1-7 year (depending on level of appointment) contract with benefits. For more information about the Instructional Faculty policy, refer to the Operations Manual, III 10.11.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications. Appropriate background checks (e.g. criminal background and credential checks) will be conducted.
