The Office of Academic Technology Services is seeking applications for an Internet Program Support Coordinator position. This position is responsible to the Director of Academic Technology Services for working with faculty, departments, colleges and schools to identify and support new and existing ETSU online courses and programs. The Internet Program Support Coordinator is also responsible for:
aggressively pursuing the development and evaluation of new, high-quality online programs and courses;
working closely with faculty and learning management system administrators to ensure proper support for online and web-enhanced course development;
providing continuous program management and faculty support consistent with ETSU methods, policies and practices;
maintaining data and generating reports on course offerings and enrollment;
adapting to changing priorities, being creative, and working independently; and
performing other related duties as assigned.
