The George Mason University Office of Admissions seeks a part-time Admissions Domicile Assistant to support the Admissions Domicile Team. Daily review of undergraduate freshmen, transfers, and non-degree domicile statuses;
Processing of supporting domiciliary documentation;
Communication with applicants to ensure that they complete the domicile application process in a timely fashion; and
Additional responsibilities as assigned to help support the Office of Admissions.
Outstanding professional communication skills;
Demonstrated customer-service experience;
Able to handle large call/e-mail volumes; and
Skilled at working in a deadline-driven environment.
Data entry experience;
Banner Information System experience; and
Salesforce CRM experience.
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions serves students Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. A flexible schedule within our working hours is available at the discretion of the supervisor. Total expected hours of work per week is 25-29. This is an ongoing position, and we are seeking an individual who will become a long-term team member.
Salary: $12.00 per hour
