Provide student support services, including course enrollment, handling academic forms, confirming requirements and deadlines, and acting as a representative of the students to other departments of the University.
Responsible of ensuring that the quarterly line-up courses, instructors, and rooms is up-to-date and correct.
Manage the quarterly evaluations and faculty visit process of courses and instructors.
Assist the Directors and Co-Directors to hire the 150 teaching assistants at five different levels each quarter.
Assist the Director and Co-Directors, present cases to the Master of the Division to manage the appointment process of graduate students appointed as Lecturers.
Manage events such as orientations, Math Major Meeting, Grave and Cohen Prize Ceremonies, etc.
Responsible for communication and media associated with the Math Department, maintaining undergraduate sections of the Department websiteâ™s Undergraduate page,
Uses general understanding and experience to administer the delivery of services to program participants and/or beneficiaries.
Interacts with faculty, researchers and staff for committee work or information.
Performs other related work as needed.
