Summary of Duties:
The Fiscal Officer/Management Analyst reports to the Director of Administrative Services and is responsible for managing budgets, payroll/personnel, fiscal functions of assigned units, independently provides advice and guidance on the overall financial management and administrative functions of a large complex college that supports instructional, research, service, maintenance, and other related activities. Develop, implement, and monitor complex finance reports and databases. Research and perform strategic financial analysis and communicate with Director, Associate Deans, and Dean.
A Bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related field, and three (3) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Knowledge of University administrative policy and budgetary procedures or equivalent experience. Strong computer skills and experience using MS Office, particularly Excel, and databases. Ability to organize and coordinate financial information from a variety of sources into a useful end product. Experience leading or directing the work of others.

Monthly Salary: Commensurate with education, experience, and University policy
