The assistant director of admissions manages the electronic application process, data management, and the interview day program for a competitve and complex medical school admissions process.
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Five to eight years of administrative experience in a university environment.
Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in project and/or event planning and coordination.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong computer and database skills.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills including the ability to effectively interact with high profile members of the university, hospital and community.
Ability to multi-task.
Experience working in medical school admissions.
