Applies professional knowledge, skills, and training to help conduct experimental research work in Imaging Management Center for Department of Radiology.
Assist with various activities of Imaging Management Center for Department of Radiology.
Study set ups and set up of data bases for imaging lab
Prepare, clean and analyze neuroimaging data.
Maintain optimal protocol and accuracy by conducting regular quality and reproducibility checks.
Work with investigators to determine best set up for their particular dataset and execute the imaging analyses and postprocessing in a timely manner
Manage daily operations of the research PACS including overseeing maintenance and systems testing, upgrading, and installing.
Transfer imaging studies from clinical PACS to research PACS and assist study PI and investigators to setup, customize and maintain new studies and manage ongoing studies.
Working with study sites for imaging upload
Working with third party imaging vendors
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge in biological sciences, computer science, biomedical engineering, Computer and Information Science, neuroscience, or related fields
Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
In-depth knowledge of specialized field, process or discipline.
May require experience with specialized software programs.
Additional Qualifications Considered
Strong computing and analytical skills to work with large datasets, including imaging data.
Previous experience in medical imaging, PACS, image analysis.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
An innovative approach to experimental design, the ability to synthesize information and the ability to work with teams that involve multidisciplinary experiences with MDs and PhDs
