Posting Summary: The Records Associate is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the student's academic file. The associate is trained as a "generalist," to perform all daily operations and functions in the Records Office to include processing requests such as transcripts, enrollment verifications, withdrawals, course audits and transfer evaluations. The Records Associate works collaboratively with other offices on campus to provide excellent transfer services seamlessly. The Records Associate works collaboratively with units across the university, providing support to unique populations of students with degree audits. Evaluates transcripts and determines if coursework is transferable and fulfills University's General Education and other degree requirements and accurately enters information into Banner and the degree audit system. Additional duties and responsibilities: codes, scans and process documentation for Xtender Software packages; processes daily Banner reports; assist with all commencement activities, including Saturday Commencement Ceremonies (Spring, Fall); answers phones and works the receptionist desk as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
