Provides strategic direction for and manages technology and operational work flows to support the assigned areas, for the use, implementation of, and enhancements to student data and information systems within the Office of the University Registrar and Student Success Division. Ensures the alignment of such plans with the Universities priorities for reporting and student enrollment processes, and to enhance user experience and increase operational efficiencies for students, faculty and staff.
Bachelor's degree; demonstrated proficiency in basic SQL and/or other relational database reporting tools; ability to work in a technically oriented team environment, exercise judgement, meet established deadlines, manage multiple assignments, and effectively communicate technical issues to staff. Must be able to work occasional weekend or evening hours.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or a student services related field; minimum of three (3) years' experience in Registrar or related area of higher education; demonstrated experience with Banner Information Systems and/or classroom scheduling software.
