Develop, implement, direct and monitor effective student mentoring program for Nebraska Football. Coordinate and direct the Life Skills outreach program in the community. Report to, and work closely with, the Head Football Coach, helping to manage and oversee many off-the-field responsibilities and assisting in community service efforts. Serve as liaison to all current football student-athletes and incoming recruits. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Weekend and evening hours required. Occasional travel during the season.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years work experience in college or professional football program. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ideal candidate will have Player development work experience at the FBS level. Experience with ACS, ARMS, XO's, XO's Thunder Scout, Hudl, Teamworks, Microsoft Office, Visio, Jump Forward.
Posted Salary: $70,000/year minimum
