POSITION DESCRIPTION

Assist in supervision for maintenance and operations of the College to ensure proper upkeep of facilities, grounds, maintenance and repair of all building and equipment including vehicle maintenance.

Major Responsibilities/Duties

• Receives job orders from supervisor and staff and completes in a timely manner
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Stocking Supplies
• Checking to ensure cleanliness of the building and grounds
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Repairs and replaces electrical components, maintenance on plumbing fixtures and piping
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and five (5) years' experience, or equivalent.

Preferred Competencies  

• One-year certificate or training from college or technical school and four (4) years' experience or equivalent.

KY law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.
