Collecting initial data for RN or provider triage and disposition
E-scribe prescription refills per protocols
Medication administration per order for oral, topical and injections
Assist with complex wound care
Administer immunotherapy/biologics and non-infusion injections
Assist with procedures which require medication administration or drawing up medication
Receive and manage verbal orders from providers with delegation agreement
Patient education on disease process and management
Patient education on medication taking practice
Reinforcement of education plan
Assist with complete wound care
Follow up on abnormal and complex test results at the direction of a provider
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to varying schedules and differing work environments
Effective time management skills, consistently using available time effectively
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills
Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan
Adult patient care experience

Hours/Shift: Full time, 40hrs per week. Monday through Friday, day shift with variable start times determined by need of the clinic.
Location: Brighton Center for Specialty Care Clinics will be the home unit, with travel to Northville Health Center Clinics and West Ann Arbor-Parkland Plaza Clinics.
