Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus one year experience at a help desk operation in a medium to large sized operation required; equivalent education/experience considered. Ability to troubleshoot PC and MAC hardware/software problems, and device problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to deal with irate clients.
Ideal candidate will have experience with SCCM, JAMF, Active Directory and Windows Servers.
