Serve as the system administrator for the CRM software. Work with the CRM vendor and University staff on any system changes, modified version updates, and system issues affecting performance. Manage all fields and tables within the system. Position supports CRM use for Academic Services & Enrollment Management (ASEM), College of Law and Graduate Studies.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree plus one (1) year experience with MS-SQL servers, including building and maintaining SSIS packages required; equivalent education/experience considered. Experience will substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Experience with SQL imports essential. Demonstrated in-depth understanding of database structure principles required. Experience analyzing system requirements. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions essential. Must have time management skills and ability to prioritize activities.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Windows server experience preferred. Experience with a system implementation or upgrade desirable. Experience with support of a multi-user system helpful. Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Talisma, etc.) helpful.
Posted Salary: $50,000 minimum
