Maysville Community & Technical College is accepting applications for the following full-time, term contract, staff position on the MAYSVILLE CAMPUS:
CUSTODIAL WORKER II
This position performs basic janitorial duties, cleaning and disinfecting campus areas and maintaining a safe, clean and pleasant atmosphere for students, faculty and staff. This position will work 1st shift, however, hours may vary.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Performs daily cleaning and disinfecting of classrooms and offices such as; dusting, taking out trash, cleaning windows, vacuuming, wiping down base boards and cleaning cobwebs from ceilings.
Assists with the disinfecting of school areas due to the pandemic.
Performs daily cleaning, disinfecting and maintenance of restrooms.
Performs floor maintenance such as shampooing carpet, sweeping & mopping.
May assist with setup and take down for special events.
Other duties as assigned.
High School/GED, and six months related experience, or equivalent.
Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
