Administrative Assistant - Georgetown University Medical Center

Requirements

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will:
  • Coordinate the administrative activities for the Department Chair to facilitate the smooth operation of the department.
  • Coordinate office services such as purchasing, payroll, Accounts Payable, filing, and other administrative activities for the department.
  • Interpret operating policies.
  • Exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.


The Administrative Assistant will report to the Department Chair, but will have interactions with both internal and external faculty, staff, post doc, students, and adjuncts and vendors.

Qualifications
  • College degrees with 2-3 years related experience in office administration.
