The University of Tennessee Knoxville, College of Social Work, through the Social Work Office of Research and Public Service (SWORPS) is accepting applications for an Administrative/Data Entry Specialist for the Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP) and Tennessee Partnership for Ongoing Parental Support (TPOPS). Within SWORPS, this position provides administrative support for SWORPS' Tennessee Child Support Employment and Parenting Program (TCSEPP) staff and Tennessee Partnership for Ongoing Parental Support (TPOPS). The TCSEPP/TPOPS team has the mission to help non-custodial parents overcome barriers to employment in order to become stable, obtain employment, pay child support, become self-sufficient, and be an active parent in their child(ren)'s lives.
The Administrative/Data Entry Specialist responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide front-line service and support to TCSEPP/TPOPS staff, SWORPS staff, and other visitors in a proficient and productive manner
Provide general office support including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, managing office staff email, maintaining office orderliness and confidentiality, and distributing, filing, faxing, and copying standard documents
- Update case management (HMIS), state system (TCSES) and Excel spreadsheets - Assist Coordinator staff with case management record keeping and client services. May include composing and sending letters and mailing information and gift cards to participants. - Assist with preparing fiscal/accounting and travel documents - Provide TCSEPP/TPOPS staff case information and official court dates. - Apprise coordinators of participant eligibility, i.e. capias, incarceration, etc. - Track participant payments pre-enrollment and post-exit - Order office supplies as needed - Coordinate with manager and evaluator to provide necessary data - Assist with special projects - All other duties as assigned
