The Risk Manager will be based at the Real Estate Development and Facilities Project Support Office of NYULH. This position will support all of the Insurance and Risk Management activities within the RED+F operation. The Risk Manager position serves as a resource and provides guidance in support of all construction related activities as relates to insurance and risk transfer tool, techniques, and activities.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 5+ years relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to adopt new technology quickly.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Construction experience is a plus. Master Builders Risk insurance policy, program and bordereau reporting experience is a plus. Familiarity with Unifier Primavera, Tableau and Ebix is a plus.
