Work with HMS Title IX Resource Coordinators and the Harvard University Title IX Office to ensure compliance with applicable School and University Title IX and related policies, procedures, and practices. Maintain up to date knowledge of Title IX and related state and federal regulations and guidance.
Supports students, faculty, staff, and third parties in response to disclosures, including timely response to electronic correspondence, telephone inquiries, and
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Graduate Degree preferred
Experience with working with individuals in situations requiring tact, discretion and empathy.
Demonstrated ability to work with individuals of all backgrounds.
Experience working in a higher education environment a plus.
Effective project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and ability to remain neutrality and objectivity in sensitive situations.
Ability to effectively deliver presentations to small and large groups.
Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus to attend training sessions, committee meetings, and other meetings and events.
