This position works across integrity programs and the OHSU community to facilitate institutional compliance and integrity with the OHSU Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines. This position is responsible for conducting and coordinating integrity investigations, drafting/revising/maintaining OHSU policies/procedures/guidance, and providing training, guidance, and support to the OHSU community.
This position facilitates integrity by providing leadership as follows:
Draft, implement, and revise/maintain policies/procedures/guidances related to all areas of integrity in a clear, concise manner that reflects current requirements;
Develop and implement outreach programs for integrity staff and the OHSU community;
Serve as an expert resource for integrity and compliance;
Assist leadership to improve policies and processes within and across integrity programs; and,
Serve as a management representative on assignments for both internal and external constituencies.
Five years of experience in compliance or related field
Knowledge of compliance, federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance
Demonstrated leadership and formal/informal influence skills
Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment; exceptional organizational abilities, oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate and communicate effectively while meeting multiple deadlines and completing projects simultaneously
Ability to interact in a positive, productive manner with staff, faculty, and leadership (demonstrating sensitivity, tact, and professionalism);
Advanced proficiency with electronic systems and software.
