Job Description: The Faculty Administration Coordinator serves as a key member of the faculty administration team within the Office of the Dean of the Faculty (DOF). The incumbent plays a critical role in faculty appointment and compensation activities and coordinates the collection, review and tracking of a broad range of faculty data across ~75 academic units. The Coordinator creates reports and spreadsheets and performs ad hoc reviews and analyses, both detailed and summary, including the compilation and distillation of data on contractual commitments and faculty research funds. Â The Coordinator serves as DOFâ™s liaison for financial transactional support with the AFA team. S/he fosters strong, customer-focused working relationships and develops a broad and deep understanding of the administrative needs of the academic units that are served.
Bachelorâ™s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Â 1 - 2 years of related work experience, preferably in an academic setting, with knowledge of salary and compensation related activities.
