Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Advancement, the Executive Director is responsible for the fulfillment of Spark's mission, its day-to-day operation, successful delivery of content and programs, and outstanding service to clients and users of the space. He or she will cultivate a portfolio of existing relationships with corporate constituents, identify new prospects, and implement successful engagement and solicitation strategies for corporate partnerships. He or she will also oversee the development, marketing, and delivery of Spark's digital content. The Executive Director is expected to work independently and be self-motivated in initiating contacts with potential corporate partners. Finally, he or she will lead a 10+ person, multi-campus team dedicated to growing Spark's financial contribution to Lipscomb through online and on-ground corporate learning and professional development programs, rental of the space, and academic programs offered at Spark.
