1. Organizing, delivering, and facilitating CHILD trainings, and applying a variety of training techniques, concepts (e.g., adult learning), learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum participant engagement and effectiveness of training2. Conducting basic quantitative or qualitative data analyses3. Creating and maintaining database to track certification progress of trainees, ensuring trainees pass reliability testing and are certified, and maintaining accurate records4. Primary administrator for the learning management system (LMS) and monitoring progress of online users (training on LMS will be provided)5. Contributing to the ongoing quality improvement efforts including development and refinement of the CHILD Toolkit 6. Conducting classroom observations using the CHILD Tool and other classroom observation tools7. Summarizing findings from literature reviews8. Contributing to manuscript writing and publish articles for peer-reviewed journals9. Presenting research findings at professional conferences10. May perform other duties as assigned.
