The Analysis Coordinator for the Assessment and Evaluation office reports to the Associate Dean for Educational Data and Analytics. The Analysis Coordinator for the Assessment and Evaluation office works closely with the other offices at the Zucker School of Medicine as well as the Office of Academic Affairs at Northwell Health to coordinate all aspects of assessment and evaluation for educational programs in UME, GME, and CPD. This is an onsite position; work for this role is performed on campus.
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
â€¢Implement and track program evaluation and outcomes data across the medical education continuum â€¢Implement and track learner assessments and outcomes data across the medical education continuum â€¢Analyze, organize, interpret, and present assessment and evaluation data across the medical education continuum â€¢Organize and coordinate standard setting on summative assessments â€¢Coordinate compilation and dissemination of assessment and evaluation data necessary to complete course summary reports, academic period reports, the MSPE and other reports generated by the Office of Assessment and Evaluation and the Office of Graduate Medical Education â€¢Assemble of student grade sheets and facilitate communication of final grades to students, faculty, and Registrar â€¢Assist with data preparation for projects, as needed
