The Department of Psychiatry is seeking a child psychiatrist assigned to work in the Faculty Practice Organization at CUIMC. This is a full-time position in an outpatient setting which will include both clinical, as well as administrative and leadership responsibilities. The position will include direct clinical care and applicants are expected to have excellent clinical skills in working with and engaging child and adolescent patients and their families in treatment. In addition, this position will include the oversight of program child psychiatrists to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity and will also include significant program development and the expansion and improvement of clinical services. Candidates with demonstrated productivity in developing clinical treatment programs are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have leadership experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across disciplines and function effectively as the leader of a multi-disciplinary team.
