Part-time administrative support position needed for the Library department, not to exceed 24 hours/week.
Circulation desk coverage - assisting students, faculty and staff with search and accessing library resources
Computer assistance
Checking the library catalog and assisting with ordering materials
Overseeing patron counts
Technical support - Troubleshooting computers and other library technology
Overseeing library equiment for checkout to patrons
Working with online database vendors and pulling statistics
Assisting with events in the library
Library website - working with LibGuides by Springshare
Granding orientation worksheets
Additional duties assigned as needed
Successful candidate should possess the following:
High school Diploma, or equivalent
Library experience
Computer & technology skills
Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Office and clerical experience
