The Department of Urology at the University of Minnesota is seeking a full time board certified/eligible Urologist, at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank on an academic or master clinician track to join our practice in Edina and Burnsville, MN. This position is dually employed by the Universiy of Minnesota and University of Minnesota Physicians (UMP).
Our department has been at the forefront of urologic patient care, education, and teaching for more than eight decades. Building on our past, we continue to lead innovative efforts in several areas of urology, including cancer, stones, infertility, and pediatric care.
Duties will consist of supporting and advancing the academic mission of the Department of Urology and the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Position will involve teaching, clinical research, and patient care with emphasis on the following:
Erectile dysfunction/Sexual Medicine
Female pelvic medicine
Incontinence/Neurogenic bladder/Bladder issues
Non-invasive bladder cancer
Localized testis cancer
The individual hired will be expected to help build a strong patient care and research program
