Summary of Position:
Candidate should have real-world experience with the design, troubleshooting, and/or maintenance of industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems that use ladder logic or similar control systems. The primary topics in the course include pumps, (cylinders and motors), motors, and control valves (pressure, flow and directional).
Faculty - Temporary & Continuing
BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related Engineering or Engineering Technology required. Other BS with industrial certification in fluid power (hydraulic or pneumatic) will be considered.
Required Work Experience:
Five years of prior work experience in Mechanical Engineering Technology or closely related field.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered:
Masters in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field to teach most 300+ level Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Technology Courses.
Teach Mechanical Engineering Courses.
