Madisonville Community College is centrally located along the I-69 corridor in beautiful rural Western Kentucky, with easy access to Evansville, Indiana; Owensboro; Hopkinsville; and Nashville, TN. The college's Division of Allied Health is seeking an innovative and dedicated professional to serve as full-time instructor for its Respiratory Care Program.
Teaching assignment includes both respiratory lecture and clinical courses and may include face-to-face day and evening, hybrid, accelerated, and online delivery modalities.
Advising, committee work and other institutional service, community service, and professional development.
Must possess a strong commitment to student learning and will be receptive to using active and engaged teaching methods and technology in the classroom.
Demonstrate an interest in the mission of the comprehensive community college concept.
Registered Reparatory Therapist eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky AND a bachelor's degree.
Candidates able to document progress toward completing the bachelor's degree may be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with four or more years respiratory care clinical experience and two or more years teaching in an accredited respiratory care program.
