The University of Louisville School of Dentistry is seeking to hire a Dental Clinic Supervisor for its dental clinic on the campus of West Kentucky Community and Technical College in Paducah, KY.
This position will be located at our UofL Dental Clinic on the campus of WKCT College in Paducah, KY. The Dental Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire clinic, the staff and patient schedules. The clinic supervisor will facilitate the office work flow and clinic schedule to maximize patient care and clinic productivity and ensure policies and procedures as outlined by the Clinic Administrator are implemented.
Minimum Requirements: Specialized training beyond high school, and five years of experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade NE1 Wage minimum $17.84/hour; midpoint $24.46/hour.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in management, ideally in the healthcare and/or dental segments.
