Job Description Summary This position provides administrative and program support to the Center for Women and Business and Executive Education. The role is both administrative and professional in nature. This position provides administrative and technical support to the assigned manager and the entire department. The Program Coordinator handles a variety of administrative tasks to support the and the delivery of open enrollment programs and events.
Support the delivery of Custom and Open Enrollment Executive Education programs and CWB corporate training sessions. Activities may include scheduling, registrations, room reservations, materials preparation, and other logistics including delivery of virtual programs by moderating the trainings online.
Responsible for front desk operations and general office duties including facilities, supplies. Manages calendars, arranges meetings, schedules appointments, and books travel as needed.
Maintain reception area and ensure that all office items and supplies are appropriately stocked
Completes expense reports, special project payments, contract facilitator payments and faculty honorariums.
Prepares Powerpoint presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Utilizes InDesign to format proposals, toolkits, and reports.
Tracks registrations and payments for Open Enrollment programming. Issues invoices to Open Enrollment clients as needed.
Supervises work-study students and oversees work to support key initiatives within the organization including but not limited to preparation for programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years related work experience, including established computer/tech and social media skills (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media).
Typical fast paced office setting with extensive sitting, computer and phone work.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills required. Must be collaborative, flexible and possess excellent communications skills.
