Loyola University Maryland is hiring for a Lead Plumber within the Facilities Department.
The Plumbing Lead inspects, installs, maintains and repairs various systems including plumbing, sanitary, gas, storm. Inspects and investigates leaks and determines appropriate actions to resolve the issue. Inspects, installs, maintains and repairs various plumbing pipes, fittings, fixtures, valves, sprinkler heads, boilers and other related appliances within campus facilities and infrastructure according to plumbing code.
5 to 8 years of previous work experience required. Master Plumber License highly preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
