The Enrollment Services Coordinator provides operational support of and is the subject matter expert on enrollment services for all CCWA programs: FastForward, Open Enrollment, Contract Training, etc.; and in multiple enterprise-caliber, mission-critical data systems. These systems include but are not limited to the Workforce Enterprise System (WES), PeopleSoft Student Information System (SIS), and AdminTools. The Enrollment Services Coordinator serves as the point-of-contact for CCWA and college users of these data systems and is responsible for troubleshooting problems, responding to user inquiries, verifying and resolving financial transaction issues, developing business processes and the supporting documentation, to include training users. Tasks as Enrollment Services Coordinator include coaching on our systems, determining and disseminating process flows for enrollment, and arranging professional development. This position will use Peoplesoft, AdminTools, the Workforce Enterprise System (WES) and the VCCS Lumens Middleware for registration, tuition collection, class preparation and monthly report reconciliation; and assist the CCWA AVPs, Coordinators and Adult Career Coaches with the recording, tracking, and reconciling of registrations, grant processing and other office support activities. The Enrollment Services Coordinator will also assure compliance with college requirements for all adjunct faculty hires for submission to the Office of Human Resources.
