The Peter Stark Producing Program within the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California seeks a professional with high-level practical experience within the film/tv industry to teach an advanced level course in the field of script development. This course is an in-depth, hands-on, practice-based course that explores the process by which film and television scripts are developed through collaboration between writer and producer.Â
Qualified candidates will have extensive experience developing film/tv projects as a producer or development executive.Â Â Please submit a CV and cover letter which addresses previous work that has empowered individuals from underrepresented communities.Â

Minimum Experience:Â Two years of professional experience as a producer or development executive in the film and television industry.Â
Preferred Education:Â Master's degreeÂ
Preferred Experience:Â Five years of professional experience as a producer or development executive in the film and television industry. Demonstrated teaching experience, ideally at the college level, but inclusive of professional and community seminars, workshops, and mentorships.
The Peter Stark Producing Program is a graduate program granting a two-year MFA degree in producing for film, television and new media.Â
