Inviting applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor (non-tenure track) in the Department of Information Science in the Graduate School of Education, University at Buffalo, the State University of New York (SUNY)

Teaching four classes in both fall and spring semesters;
Advising Information Science master's students;
Participating in professional activities and serving on department, school, and university committees; and
Contributing to the intellectual community of the Department.
An earned doctorate in Information Science (or equivalent) at the time of appointment.
Teaching experience in any of the following areas: school librarianship (K-12), information services for children and youth, multicultural materials and services, and information literacy for youth;
A record of successful teaching of students from underrepresented minority (URM) populations;
Experience or demonstrated ability in the design and delivery of online courses;
Research activities related to information and URM populations;
A record of active engagement with the information profession
