How would you like to work Per Diem as a mobile Phlebotomist? As a Blood Donor Phlebotomist you will:
Function under the supervision of senior licensed technical & clinical personnel.
Your responsibilities include collecting whole blood from voluntary blood donors and performing blood component collection in-house and on mobiles.
Serve as a problem-solving resource.
Additional duties include:
Drive the Mobile truck and Coach.
Handle routine and specialized operational and support functions
You will perform assessment of health histories of blood and apheresis donors
Stock supplies and assist with setting up and breaking down of mobile blood drive sites.
Participate in special assignments or projects as specified.
Perform all job duties with sensitivity and attention to the developmental issues of the patient populations(s) being served.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a diverse blood donor base.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
