The primary objective of this position is to provide high quality customer service to NEC students and families regarding financial aid, billing and payments.
• Effectively and accurately communicate Federal and Institutional financial aid and billing polices and procedures; • Assist students to obtain all available funding to help cover account balances; • Process and reconcile payments; • Researches and responds to concerns expediently.
• 1-3 years customer service experience;
• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office product;
• Experience working in a business office; • Experience working in higher education.
