Position Summary: Reporting to Deputy CIO, Academic Technology, provide support in Canvas, Zoom and other academic technologies at Yeshiva University. The position is remote and works on Eastern Standard Time [New York]. Preferred schedule is Sunday - Thursday.
Serve as primary resolution resource for Canvas LMS system
Provide excellent customer service through the resolution of help desk tickets
Administer technical support for Zoom, Canvas, and other technology projects as assigned
Troubleshoot technical challenges
Work with faculty at all levels of technical competence
Experience & Educational Background:
High School Degree or GED
Experience using Canvas at the university level
Understanding of FERPA and other regulations applicable to higher education
Skills & Competencies:
Self driven and able to work autonomously
Excellent customer support and time management skills
