POSTINGFORUNMCEMPLOYEESONLY This position assumes all program administration and oversight in the absence of the department director. Due to the MMI Recreational Therapy program frequently proved service up to six days a week including many evenings and weekends, administration and on-site supervisor frequently exceed what a single director cam provide. This assistant director has the authority, in the absence of the direct, to exercise independent decisions regarding, recreational technician coaching, emergency medical care for a participants attending recreational therapy programs and communicating/counseling with participant's families and caregivers. The assistant director supervise the day to day operations and reports to department director.
