Perform analyses and assist in recommendations and implements a variety of treasury activities including, but not limited to, accounts receivables management, PCI compliance, asset/liability management, internal investment activity, external investments, banking relationships, and cash management.
Support the management of treasury operations, including providing statistical analysis, cash forecasting, analysis, support for the university's asset/liability management program (including investment return and cost of capital comparative analysis).
Analyze and report on key drivers of university performance, including investment returns, working capital management and cash flow.
Analyze financial data, draw conclusions and present recommendations on decisions and actions.
May manage or assist with the management, structure and testing of the PCI compliance program.
Maintain relationships with departments to obtain uniform data and compile consolidate and summarize forecasts, cash management and asset/liability management information.
Responsible for management and coordination of other departments activity in effectively managing third party accounts receivable.
Generate and analyze reports, develop and analyze statistical data (i.e., multivariate analysis and cash flow projections (short and long term), ALM matching and analysis; and cash management analytics).
Support other daily treasury activities.
Perform related duties based on departmental need.

8 years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
4 years of experience in investment accounting, financial analysis/modeling and operations
Knowledge of practical application of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of treasury operations and/or PCI compliance.
