1. Coordinates and carries out the overall research process and provides critical operational support to the program.2. Performs independent research, participates in research planning and investigates, analyzes, and reaches preliminary scientific conclusions. 3. Collaborates with the Principle Investigator in the design, testing, implementation and evaluation of survey instruments as necessary. 4. Recommends the design and implementation of procedures and protocols under the direction of the Principal Investigator(s).5. Prepares research protocols and materials; schedules project meetings and monitors the project timeline adjusting as necessary.6. Manages all project/research data collection, files, and sharing. 7. Develops educational materials, forms, questionnaires and writes procedure manuals for program.8. Performs literature reviews and contributes to manuscript writing and publishes articles for peer-reviewed journals; presents research progress and findings.9. May perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field. One or more years of experience in delivering mental health treatment or parenting interventions.
