Northwestern College invites applicants for a full-time, 10-month position for a head women’s soccer coach. Responsibilities will include administration and promotion of the program in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the Northwestern athletic department, directing practices, recruiting athletes and developing positive relationships with assistant coaches and athletes alike. This position will also involve responsibilities that may include teaching in the kinesiology curriculum or additional athletic department duties.

A master’s degree in kinesiology is preferred, but all qualified candidates for the position will be considered. Applicants must possess excellent knowledge of the sport of soccer and have experience as a head or assistant soccer coach at the college or high school level.
