To provide varied administrative support of the Accelerated Online (AO) Program. Responsible for a variety of administrative duties in a department requiring moderate exercise of independent judgment, initiative and ability to make decisions relative to office operations.
Manages digital document solutions necessary for archival of accelerated online (AO) program documents. Communicates with AO students, instructors, program coordinators, and AO program department staff to verify receipt and completion of required program documents. Monitors document forum and communicates via email, electronic notations, phone calls, and virtual and in-person meetings. Imports documents into electronic document storage and archival solutions. Utilizes software and digital tools to maintain records and streamline data gathering process. Responsible for understanding and following confidentiality requirements and records archival policies. Carries out a wide variety of administrative duties based upon department needs. Supports budget, financial, travel, and human resources/time reporting processes. Assists with accelerated online student admissions processes as directed. Communicates professionally with stakeholders. Works with AO program personnel to improve documentation processes, workflow, communication systems, and archival solutions. Collaborates with other departments and personnel as directed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree with one (1) year upper level secretarial experience or high school diploma with five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical or the equivalent experience.
