The Proactive Support Consultant facilitates productive and engaging experiences for staff, faculty and students. Responsible for the distribution of technology training and performance support activities delivered through a variety of channels and for maintaining support resources (web sites, user documentation, etc) for IT services so that those services are accessible to a broad audience and easy to consume. Assists in assessments of training needs via surveys, consultations with employees, and support requests.
