Summary of Duties: Under general direction, the * IT App Development - Senior/Specialist* position has responsibility for performing maintenance of the ERP and supporting systems. This position will need to apply advanced knowledge of a wide range of principles and concepts to complete work assignments on ERP and supporting systems. The position will be responsible for tasks such as consulting with customers to identify and analyze technology needs and problems; responding to and resolving trouble reports from users; building and updating system tables and configurations; analyzing problems for parts of applications and solving complex problems while supporting and enhancing existing applications. The position will also be responsible for developing specifications and standards for application interfaces, integrations; conducting unit, system or usability testing; writing specifications and developing reports; developing and conducting system training for users; or serving as part of a problem solving team addressing more complex issues. Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving significant and complex program failures with system-wide impact and participate in on-call support.
