Posting Summary: Develops a process to streamline registration process for programs/camps. Coordinates the collection and compliance of all documents and programs/camps desiring to meet or reside on the campus. Coordinates the planning, organization, execution and evaluation of formal training program for summer programs/camps counselors and/or coordinators. Collaborates with the various departments on campus regarding facility reservations. Collaborates with various on-and-off campus resources and constituents in offering diverse safe clean facilities for programs/camps. Holds pre-season camp/program meetings regarding housing, catering, ID, parking, and emergency management. Makes web changes and updates that are needed on the departmental web site. Executes policies, procedures and regulations. Recognizes and responds effectively to emergencies. Compiles statistics and reports to assess and evaluate the success of programs/camps. Utilizes online survey tool to gather parent feedback on programs/camps. Makes recommendations for programs/camps regarding the programs, inventory and budget. Reserves and monitors registration and exit processes of residential programs/camps. Assists with final approvals in the CBMS system. Assists the Events Management staff with events. Assists with ID's during fall semester and summer programs/camps. Prepares contracts for programs/camps. Reaches out to new camps and programs for new business. Serves as liaison for programs/camps counselors. Registers all programs/camps in the Classroom Building Management System (CBMS). Works nights and weekends during programs/camps and regular events along with checking for proper badges and confirmation of space. Manages the registration process and logistics related to program/camps. Provides the highest level of customer service to parents, staff and enrollees in programs/camps. Provide Technical Support with CBMS Master Calendar, EMS, and CBMS support calls, emails, user account functionality, and Reservations. Provide EMS monthly update, modifications and configurations in support of the Classroom Building Management System (CBMS). Provide support to the Identification and Access Control Center. Provide support to the Office of Parking and Traffic Services. Performs other related duties as assigned.
