The UK Center for Clinical and Translational Science is seeking an experienced Nurse Clinician to conduct clinical research in the CCTS Clinical Services Core. Primary duties involve managing participant visits in a variety of settings (inpatient, outpatient or off-site) while assuring compliance with the research study protocol and applicable regulatory requirements. Following good clinical practice, this position will be responsible for collecting, recording and maintaining data and source documentation utilizing database management and analytical computer software. The nurse clinician must be able to prioritize workload and manage multiple research projects effectively and efficiently under pressure. This position requires a motivated team player who demonstrates flexibility, initiative, professional judgement, and discretion.
Knowledge of clinical research and regulatory requirements related to human subjects research. Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Computer MS Windows, and Office.
