HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER ANESTHESIOLOGY has an outstanding opportunity for a TEMPORARY/HOURLY ANESTHESIOLOGY TECHNICIAN 1 (Rotating/Variable Shifts). Under general supervision, the Anesthesiology Technician I orders, stocks, and maintains supplies for the anesthesia department.
• Assemble and clean anesthesia equipment. • Process and wrap sterile and other anesthesia supplies. • Organize routine stocking and maintenance of par supply in anesthesia work rooms. • Restock and set up anesthesia equipment in supply areas. • Work with Medical Stores and Central Processing to maintain supplies. • Consistently replenish supplies for the department. • Wash, wrap, and sterilize anesthesia equipment. • Appropriately order supplies for the department. • Distribute standardized kits for anesthesia department. • Monitor expiration dates of supplies and pre-assembled kits. • Keep countertops clear and storage bins dusted. • Complete work in a reasonable time frame.
