Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: â— Greet patients upon entry to the building â— Management of the pre-screening process for patients entering the building -- take temperatures and review patient screening questionnaires â— Direct patients, as instructed â— Answer phones, contact patients, schedule appointments as needed. â— Communicate effectively with patients and staff â— Replenish materials, assist with dental supply inventory stocking â— Perform other duties as assigned, including annual performance goals and reviews
Hourly Salary Range: $19.77 to $24.47 USD/hour

Required: â— Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program and certified by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or registered by the American Medication Technologists (AMT). Must be able to lift 30 pounds. â— Experience in a medical setting â— Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills â— Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
Preferred: â— Experience in a dental setting â— Familiarity with electronic health software
