Develop curriculum and performance objectives.
Provide individualized and safety instructions.
Provide Employability skills and promote career awareness.
Must possess good communication skills and work well with adult learners.
Monitor lab supplies and classroom, lab and clinical requirements.
Monitor student clinical progress throughout the program.
Maintain records and follow state requirements for the program.
Must be able to work flexible instruction hours as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education Minimum: AAS in health-related field.
Preferred: Bachelor degree in health-related field.
Experience Minimum: Two years current Phlebotomy Technician work experience or health related.
Preferred: Five years full time phlebotomy technician work experience or health related. One year teaching experience preferred.
